A beautifully complex nose. Initially, sunny notes of yellow fruit (apricot), peach and almond. Notes of citrus peel (orange) and orange blossom emerge. The palate as a whole is beautifully taut and salivating. A slight bitterness marks the finish, reminiscent of citrus fruit (grapefruit).
