Meza Wine Club Membership Subscription Enrollment
How the subscription works
Simply add the wine club option that is best for you to your shopping cart (see below). Upon check out, create a password ( your username will be your email) and complete payment. Your card will be charged each month starting from the date of checkout. You can manage your subscription online and can cancel at any time.

How do I get my wine club ?
When completing the online form you will select to have your wine club delivered, which is free in the following areas!
Areas for delivery include:
Blacklick / Columbus / Delaware / Dublin / Gahanna / Galena / Grandview/ Hilliard / Lewis Center / New Albany / Pataskala / Powell / Sunbury / Upper Arlington / Westerville / Worthington (we cannot accomodate wine club delivery outside of these areas and we do not ship)
NOTE: you should receive your first wine club pack 5-7 days after you place your initial order.
NOTE FOR RENEWING WINE CLUB SUBSCRIPTIONS: If you are changing your allocation, (for example you were receiving red/red and now you want to do white/red for the summer), in addition to changing the form, please email your allocation update to vinomeza@gmail.com.
If you are moving and have a change of address, please contact us at vinomeza@gmail.com to confirm that change.
