Fragrant and flavourful dry pale lemon traditional method sparkling wine with refreshing acidity. 100% Chenin Blanc, with apple , pear and citrus notes as well as a yeastiness typical of the traditional method. There is also a pleasant herbaceous note of anise. This wine matched well with charcuterie and goat cheese.
