This Prosecco is 100% estate-grown and vintage, made exclusively from Glera grapes harvested from 17-year-old vines situated in the elevated hillside vineyards between Conegliano and Farra di Soligo, at the edge of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene D.O.C.G. appellation. It boasts a depth of flavor that surpasses the average Prosecco, attributable to the superior quality of its vineyard sites which add extra complexity. The aroma is classically floral, complemented by a creamy richness that enhances the fruit on the palate, yet retains a delicate touch.
