This Rose is from a single vineyard in Columbia Gorge planted in 1983 and certified organic. Composed of 98% Cabernet Sauvignon, cold soaked for 8 hours and lightly pressed. Then 2% of Ovum's "Big Salt" white blend is added (a blend of Riesling / Gewurztraminer / Early Muscat / Sauvignon Blanc). Minimal SO2, unfined, unfiltered.
A bright, rich, and dry Rosé with big aromas of cherry jam, green fig and salted lemon. Sourced from certified organic grapes. The wine is light on the palate, with a salty finish.
