59 Prime is a collaboration between two wine industry veterans, French winemaker Nicolas Idiart and American Dan Greathouse. The project uses family-owned, sustainably-farmed, high-altitude vineyards in southwest France, close to the Mediterranean and the cooling effect of the water.
