Grapes for this beautiful Pecorino wine are grown at both 300 and 700 meters above sea level, in clay and calcareous soils. Two different vineyard sites each provide character to the wine, and grapes are grown Organically. Flavors play across notes of citrus, peach, mineral and butterscotch.
The winery is female owned and operated ( which we love!)
Pairs well with dishes utilizing fresh tomatoes and goat cheese, or chicken or veal.
