Swick Chillable Red
Two months of whole cluster maceration to all the varietals and then aged everything in neutral French oak for 14 months. The result is a bit more serious and firm as compared to the 2021 Chillable Red. A lovely combination of mushroom and cherry from the Pinot Noir, blood orange from the Pinot Gris, and pepper and dried red fruits from the Grenache Noir. Give this one a nice chill and it will sing alongside pretty much anything off the grill.
