The beautiful Valpolicella wine is blended with the pomace of Amarone - This triggers a second fermentation process which creates the colour, sugars and aromatic components typical of this beautiful wine.
The resulting wine is fruit forward with more dried fruit notes (plum, fig), accented by hints of tobacco and spice.
