An utterly delightful non-alcoholic sparkling dry Riesling. Funkelwürtz translates to “Spicy Sparkler.” This is a slightly effervescent and aromatic wine from grapes grown in the Mosel. Johannes ferments the wine to around 30g/L of residual sugar.
